  • Frank of Frank Robert and the Boxcar Tourists bluesin’ it up at the Hernando Tropical Grille (4139 Shoal Line Blvd., Hernando Beach, FL, 34607) starting at 6:00 p.m. Head over for some great music and food while you watch the sunset over the water.
  • FREE Eat Healthy/Be Active Community Workshop 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Changes Fitness & Nutrition covering “Eating Healthy On a Budget” is suitable for all ages. Seating is limited and registration is required so call (352) 200-4680 to reserve you spot and tell them Spring Hill Now sent ya!
  • Children’s production of The Velveteen Rabbit starting at 8:00 pm at Stage West Community Playhouse- In this famous production, a velveteen rabbit is given as a Christmas present to a small boy, but is neglected for toys of higher quality or function, which shun him in response. The rabbit is informed of magically becoming real by the wisest toy in the nursery through the extreme adoration and love from children. Though he is awed by this concept, his chances of becoming real are slight. Tickets are $10.

Saturday:

  • 13th Annual HCSO Bowling Extravaganza at Spring Hill Lanes- Registration will begin at noon, and the bowling starts promptly at 1:00 p.m.
