Pasco Sheriff’s detectives are investigating a homicide that occurred early this morning. According to officials, around 2:30 a.m., a motorist flagged down a deputy after discovering a body in the roadway on Embassy Boulevard, east of Regency Park. The deputy performed CPR on the victim until fire rescue arrived and pronounced the victim deceased. Officials initially thought this incident was a hit and run but trauma to the upper body has revealed what investigators now believe is a homicide.
The victim is 36-year-old Thomas Christopher Blow of New Port Richey.
Currently the suspect is at large. The suspect is 32-year-old Brendan Michael Sigismondi.
