Cast Your Vote Without Leaving Home

votebymailDid You Know that in the 2012 General Election, the Supervisor of Elections (SOE) office mailed out over 30,000 Vote by Mail ballots? Of those ballots, 27,799 were voted and returned. This attributed for 33% of all votes cast. There are many advantages to voting by mail, but most people choose to order a Vote by Mail ballot because of the convenience. Your ballot is mailed to you thirty days before the election and then you cast your ballot and return it to the SOE Office no later than 7:00 p.m. on Election Day. In addition, you can track your ballot on the website, to insure that it was received by the SOE Office. Vote by Mail ballots, as well as early vote ballots, will be tabulated and reported first on election night.
